Pilates Classes

Pilates is an evidence-based approach that focuses on increasing the strength, endurance, flexibility and co-ordination of the whole body.

Pilates is widely recognised to reduce the occurrence of back or neck pain, while many professional sports teams use pilates in their everyday training to ensure optimal performance.

All of our pilates classes are delivered by Chartered Physiotherapists, who have the knowledge and skill to adapt the exercises to your needs. We provide a block of 6 classes over 6 weeks.
